This very rewarding line of work can provide with either part time or full-time opportunities. We offer 3 progressive levels of involvement.
- Promotes educational and athletic opportunities in USA within a sport or geographic area
- Makes first contacts and invites candidates to explore Amerlink services and the web site.
- Educates about the tools and services of Amerlink
- Participates in the counselling of candidates throughout the recruiting process as an assistant to manager until receiving enough experience to claim the manager’s position
- Responsible for organic in the filed marketing, meetings with clubs, groups, athletes
Student / Athlete Manager
- Involves in all the activities of the Ambassador
- Builds Teams of Ambassadors and grows business opportunities
- Conducts individual counselling of candidates
- Involves Ambassadors in individual counselling
- Educates Ambassadors in the recruiting process and in Amerlink system
- Continues developing database of clients
International Managing Director
- Involves in the expansion of the Amerlink in the new territories
- Participates in the business development activities
- Develops and manages teams of managers and ambassadors
- Point of contact for Managers and Ambassadors
- Builds team atmosphere in the entire organization and their own networks.
- Develops broader marketing activities and supports marketing efforts of managers and ambassadors
- Develops educational resources for partners
